MDS will wait while you fill up the bin.  The first 30 minutes are free after that we charge $95 per hour.

This only happens when the bin is overloaded in which case, we are not responsible for waste that falls out of the bin, please ensure you do not over load the container rather order a bin that is best suited to your needs.

We include a 7-day rental with all of our bin orders and automatically pick up the bin at the end of the rental period. Should you require the bin for an extended amount of time please let us know. The fees are $15.00 per day.

Yes! We can place the bin on your lawn, but remember full bins can weigh in excess of 10 metric tons. That’s a lot of weight, please ensure you use plywood to prevent the bin from sinking into your lawn.

Unfortunately, No. We cannot place the bin on the street unless there is a valid permit issued by your municipality. We suggest you contact your municipality for clarification, for the City of Toronto.

No, you do not. We will deliver the bin on the day you’ve requested it; however, we do ask that you leave specific instructions when placing your order and ensure your driveway is clear to allow the driver to safely deliver the bin. For example: indicate, when facing the home, which side of the driveway you would like the bin.

Yes! You can as you can place any mixed waste in any of our bin sizes. However, we cannot place concrete, dirt, brick or asphalt in our 8, 10, 14 or 20 yard bins. A $50 mix fee will apply

We are extremely careful when delivering a bin to a customer site. Every precaution is taken to make sure we are aware of any underground features such as utility or sewer lines. We cannot be responsible for UNFORSEEN circumstances under the subgrade. The customer needs to make sure they inform us of any underground assets in the path to the container before it is delivered. We use driveway protection; however, we cannot be responsible for damages to paving surfaces such as asphalt, brick pavers, or concrete.

The more time ahead, the better. However, we pride ourselves that most of the time we can deliver same day. Next-day delivery is ideal, but two days advanced notice is customary for any local hauling service company.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the bin while it is under a rental agreement with you. For example, unauthorized moving of a bin causing damage, pouring wet paint or other sticky material into the dumpster, paint overspray that defaces or marks the surface and appearance of the bin, or using heavy equipment such as a skidsteer to drop heavy loads into the bin causing dents in its interior and exterior sheet metal. Please treat the bin with respect as additional charges could apply for bin repair and cleaning.
